Obama's White House has been adamantly against having secretive military tribunals and wants the Gitmo terrorists to be tried in open trials...yet now the Ft. Hood shooter is getting a secretive military tribunal and NOT an open trial. Sounds like some Democrats want the opportunity to castrate the CIA but prefers to keep words like "Terrorist, Attack, on, Obama's, watch" from hitting the media headlines....
